For many people (including me!) this word provokes groans and sighs. But, it doesn't have to be boring!!! The best method of exercise is fun, cheap, and in your own home - dancing!! Yes, dance mats are great, especially the ones with calorie counters. If you don't own one, I would definitely recommend investing in one. You don't even need a console one - there are some good ones out there you can hook up your TV and play off the screen. You can 'dance' for as little or as long as you want, and even half an hour a day can make a big difference. Of course, if you're one of those people who loves going to the gym or running ten miles pointlessly, then you go ahead! Lucky you!! But there are also fun ways about it :) If you want to get toned, then I would say get some exercise videos or go to the gym. But if you're feeling guilty about that chocolate bar, then a dance mat is the perfect solution ;) Back | Forward Advertised |
