#2 thing not to eat (well, drink) - fizzy drinks. These are bad for you anyway, but they also contain a lot of empty calories, and switching to fruit juices and water is much better for your body. You should also be a lot less thirsty, since the ingredients in soft drinks mean you become even more thirsty than you were originally. #3 - excess salt. There's lots of salt already in most foods, and piling more on isn't good for your health. Try using just a little bit of salt, or alternatively, use a different type of sauce/dressing - low fat of course :) #4 - white and milk chocolate (in terms of fat content). A lot of junk food is bad for you, but chocolate is definitely the worst. There can be up to 20g of fat in one chocolate bar (a THIRD of your whole day's allowance). People generally tend to think of crisps/chips being worse for you, but you could have 5 packets of Quavers for one chocolate bar! Back | Forward Advertised |
