Versions 1 to 4 were when I had my site on expage and angelfire. Version 5: Purrfection: Purple and white, with a kitten scanned from a birthday card. Version 6: Kitty in the City: A city photo at night layered with a kitten :) Version 7: Lazy Elegance: A layout in grey and white with a cat in a hammock. Used frames. Version 8: Painted Wings: A bright butterfly layout in orange and yellow. Version 9: Kosmic Kitty: My first layout with i-frames at this site. It was mainly purple. Version 10: Lazy Daisy: A very simple purpley-blue layout with a few daisies. Version 11: Purple Night: A dark purple Jessica Simpson layout with subtle stars. Version 12: Stars & Stripes: A layout dedicated to my American friends which a lot of people hated because it featured Britney Spears. Version 13: Mellow Yellow: A bright yellow layout with some orange, featuring brushes and Catherine Zeta Jones. Version 14: Paradise Lost?: A green-y blue-y beach layout with a layered cat with a computer mouse in its mouth. Version 15: Austin Powers: A kinda original layout made a while after the 3rd movie came out. It was very bright and err..70s, with a film strip down the side. Version 16: Pretty in Pink: A very pink, cat-featured layout with a silk background effect. Version 17: Kitty back in the City: Similar to version 6, but with i-frames and sorta pink/purple. I blended a white cat and a city skyline this time. Version 18: Anyone remember what that was?! Lol Version 19: Pastels: This was one of my best. It had Sarah Michelle Gellar with a pink background, grid and grungy edges. Version 20: This was my Christmas layout and very basic, because I did it on my laptop when my PC crashed. This was blue, with swirly spikes, a penguin and a white background. However, the i-frame background was a fading blue snowflake patterned thing. Lol. Version 21: A dark blue anniversary layout - to celebrate 1 year of kutekitten.com in January 2003. Lots of people liked this layout, but after a while I felt it was a bit cramped and dark. I used an image of two cats sitting on a wall, and created a cute dark blue sky using brush effects and stars. Version 22: A very simple pink layout, the first of kutekitten.com's to be side-scrolling. For almost the first time it's completely brushed - no celebs or cats ;) Didn't take a lot of skill to make :P Version 23: Glam & Gloss. This was a long table-style layout, although it used iframes. I liked this layout, but not many people did lol, because it had Britney on it again. Version 24: This featured a large strawberry that I edited in PSP. I also used a few brushes. This was a very plain red and white layout but people seemed to like it. I also changed my Megabook to match it. Version 25: This was a layout I made with the beta version of PSP 8. It used a cool effect but I don't remember how I did it!! Lol. It was purple and featured Shakira. I originally made a yellow layout with Shakira for this version, but scrapped it. Version 26: This was a temporary layout featuing Christina Aguilera on a rippled purple background. I wasn't keen on this one at all, but I had it up whilst I was on hiatus. Version 27: I got layout block so I decided to make a layout featuring my cat, Fuzz Lightyear. This layout had cute boxes for my cam, links etc. and a few cam images of Fuzz. The layout was mainly grey, with some white brushes. Version 28: I think I missed a version out, lol. Version 29: This featured Reese Witherspoon and was my first layout using Photoshop. I used filters in it, and also a dotted effect which I did in PSP. This layout was up about the same time as the second Legally Blonde movie. Version 30: Gone Digital. This was a dark purple, pink and black layout that I used several different Photoshop effects on. It was originally going to be part of a tutorial, but it went wrong lol, and I made a bigger version as a layout. I made the top of the boxes all jagged to make it more interesting. Version 31: I made a completely different blue layout for this version originally, but I didn't like it and eventually put up a green/grey Dido layout inspired by the song 'White Flag'. I used butterfly brushes and made grunge dots, and then added lyrics from the song in 2 different fonts. I blurred the PSD of Dido and colourised it, and also added a line stretch background for the text. Version 32: ?? Version 33: Emma Bunton. I liked the soft look of this layout. It was pretty big, and blue and white :) Version 34: I made it for kk.com, but it went up as the first layout on Star-Girl.org :) Back | Forward Advertised |
