To have a kawaii site:


• You must have hundreds of rainbows and rabbit/cat/dog faces everywhere.
  
• You must hand-make your 'own' font (although it's the same as all the other kawaii sites out there) for your link buttons and layout, but everything else is in size one verdana.
  
• You must have 32x32 link patches for affiliates/friends, and 88x31 buttons for everyone else.
  
• You should have something along the lines of, 'aww you want to link meee?! *huggles*' on your 'Link Me' page.
• You should have 'Links in'/'Links Out' in your WWW section.
  
• You can steal little pixel images from other sites similar to yours or icon sites so you see the same stars and hearts on 4,000,000 'different' sites.
  
• Your navigation should be 'Me', 'You' , 'WWW'.
  
• You must have at least one page of adoptions in your 'For You' section.
  
• You must have a load of patches on your splash for your affiliates.
  
• Your site should be in a chromeless pop up.
  
• Must have something on Sanrio somewhere on the site.
  
• Must have inline frames.
  
• Must use ^.^ ^_^ or XP faces.
  
• Have some form of woooo w00t or w0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0t in your updates, or alternatively *something in stars* *aww*
  
• You must use black and grey for outlines and backgrounds, unless it's plain old white.
  
• You must have kao-ani or pixel cats somewhere around!>
  
• You must have cutesy boxes that look like frame outlines.
  
• You must write in black, baby pink or blue, or white if you chose a black background.
• You must do one update every month or so (usually a layout change).
• Must have at least one page that sounds really interesting, but is a dead link.
  
• You must have an faq page either with 3 questions on, or one screaming at people that you won't tell them how to make their 'own' images, help them, or make custom graphics in any shape or form...hmmm could that be because they don't know how?! ;)
  
• You must have about 10 words on each tiny page of your site.
