Animated Dolls
This is a VERY simple tutorial to get you started - you'll probably be able to figure out much more complicated/interesting ways of animating dolls, but here's something quick.
1. Open up the doll you want to animate in Animation Shop. I'm using this:

2. Right click the frame and 'Copy' then paste 'Before Current Frame' (or 'Ctrl' and 'L').
3. Click the second frame to give it a blue and red border and go to Animation > Mirror. Follow my Slowing Down Animations tutorial to slow your animation down.
4. Once you're happy with it, go to File > Save, and save, then upload to your web site. Here's mine:
