Saving Animations

I get asked about this quite a lot, but it's easy to do.

1. Once you have completed your animation and previewed it, you have a load of frames. All you have to do is go to File > Save, and then rename your animation and click 'Ok'. That's all there is to it :) Alternatively, you could click the 'X' in the top right corner of your animation, but I don't really recommend that because if the colours change after it's been optimised, you can't do anything about it. Make sure you save your animation as a .gif.

To use blinkies, dolls etc. on sites like Neopets.com, you need to upload them to a web site first.

1. Find the bit where you can upload files (on most HTML editors it will look like a row of white boxes with buttons next to each saying 'Browse', or something similar).
2. Click 'Browse' (or the alternative), find the file on your computer and press 'Upload'.
3. Once it's uploaded, then put this code where you want it to appear on the page but without the star: <*img src="http://your-site.com/blinkie.gif">. This won't work if your web site won't let you direct link images. You also need to change the bits in bold depending on your site address and image url :)
