CSS stands for 'cascading style sheets'. The main use of them on web sites is to change the colours and styles of scrollbars, links, textareas etc. It can also be used externally - when you change one page, all your other pages change too! This is very useful if you have a large site, so you can change your layout quickly and easily. In this subsection, you can look at all my CSS tutorials individually, or you can skip straight to 'Typical CSS code for a site' if you're quite confident. If not, don't worry! You'll gradually build up your own style sheet as you work through my tutorials. Note: CSS doesn't work with all browsers, and some people block it on their PCs anyway, but it can be viewed by most people and helps make your layout neat and tidy :P Back | Forward Advertised |
