When you change your site's layout, and people visit it and still get the old index page, it's annoying to keep telling people to refresh the page. This tutorial will automatically mean the visitor goes to the newest version of the page :)

1. Insert the following code into the HEAD section of your page (if you don't know what this is see my 'Page Tags' tutorial)

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1"> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

2. Save the page and you're done! :D
