Grunge Borders

This is a really easy tutorial to do - and it doesn't involve brushes like the other one.
For this tutorial, I'm going to grunge-ify this picture of Avril Lavigne:

1. Open up your image in Paint Shop Pro. Use my Avril one if you want :) Go to Image > Picture Frame.
2. Choose any frame from Photo Edge 01 to 05 if you like, but I personally prefer 'Wash Out'. Click Next > Finish.
3. You should end up with something like:
