1. Open up a new image you're going to use as a background. You will probably want to make it a lot bigger than mine, I'm using small images so they load faster in the tutorial. 2. Choose a colour for your background, I'm using blue. Then click 3. If the small 'Tool Options' box isn't up, right click ![]() 4. Use brushes randomly all over your image. It doesn't really matter which you choose because you won't see them anyway lol. You can vary the opacity or shades of the colour you've chosen to make it more interesting. This is what I ended up with: ![]() 5. Now go to Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic - Antique and change your settings to these: ![]() 6.
