This is a very simple tutorial, and you can make a nice swirl with just about any image, but I've decided to make this tutorial because the end effect looks pretty unusual :) 1. Open a new image in PSP, of any size, with a white background. 2. Click  , and if the 'Tool Options' don't show up in the little box, right click and click 'Tool Options'. 3. Make sure you select 'Neon Pink', like in the picture below:  4. Draw a line on your image like this:  5. Mine is really wobbly lol, I'm sure you can do a lot better. Next go to Effects > Geometric Effects > Twirl, and set it to 720 degrees and press 'Ok'. If you don't like the colour, follow this tutorial to colourise your image. It should look like this!
