I don't know what this would come in useful for, but here it is anyway lol.

1. Open up the image you want to use in PSP. The final effect looks better if you use an image with a light background, but I'm using this:



2. Go to Colours > Adjust > Threshold, and press 'Ok'. If your image looks wrong, go back and adjust the 'Threshold'.
