I was messing around in PSP one day and came up with an effect I thought you might like to try :) 1. Open up a new image in PSP with a black background. Don't make it too big, or this will take ages to do lol. 2. Click  , and if your 'Tool Options' box isn't up, right click the icon and select 'Tool Options'. Change your options to mine: 3. Ok now using your mouse, click all over the image to create little purpley stars everywhere.  4. Go to Effects > Geometric Effects > Twirl, and set it to 720 degrees, or -720 degrees if you like. Press 'Ok'. You should now have a nice twirl, but we want to fade it a bit so go to Effects > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and change the 'Radius' to 5.0. 5. Press 'Ctrl' 'C' (or copy), 'Ctrl' 'Z' (undo) and then 'Ctrl' 'L' (pastes as new layer). Then go to Layers > Properties and change the 'Opacity' to about 40-50%. Ok, now you should have this:  6.
