This great effect will really make your celeb photo or whatever really stand out :) 1. Open up a photo image in PSP, and also a background of roughly the same size. Make sure the background of your image is one solid colour, e.g. my Mandy Moore photo is all white. If you're stuck for ideas you can use mine.   2. Click  , and if you don't have the small 'Tool Options' box open, right click the freehand tool and select 'Tool Options'. Change your settings to these: 3. Next, draw around your image with but not exactly round it; leave a gap of your background. Draw all the way around the image, and right click inside the image to activate the selection. 4.
