Motion Stretch

1. Open PSP, and make a new image with a white background.
2. Click


3. Select two different shades of the same colour and scribble all over your image like so:



4. Go to Effects > Texture Effects > Fur, and match your settings to mine:



5. Your image will look all cool and scribbly, but that'll soon change! Go to Effects > Blur > Motion Blur, and adopt these settings:



6. Now repeat step 5, and you should have something like this!:
