Glowing Text

1. Make a new image in PSP, and then click , then your image.
2. Make your settings like mine (pick your own font though!)



3. Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Dropshadow, and change your settings to mine (choose your own dropshadow colour):



4. Now press 'Ok' and get a lovely glow lol. Press 'Ctrl' and 'D', or go to Selections > Deselect, then save!
