1. Open a photo image in PSP. It can be a sunset, beach, whatever. I'm using a silky gold/brown pattern.
2. Create a new image with a white background. Go to the styles box in the colour palette, and click the tiny black arrow, then select the dotted square (circled in red):

3. On the 'Patterns' box that came up, click the little arrow next to the pattern and find your original photo. Click 'Ok'.
4. Click
, and change your settings to these:

5. Click 'Ok' and you're done! This is mine:
