Just subsitute the black and grey colours I used for your own to make regular 3D text :) 1. Open up a new image in PSP. 2. Click the ‘Text’ tool in the menu, and change the settings at the top of your screen to these (but choose your own font and size): ![]() 3. Choose the fill and stroke colours in your colour palette. The fill should be a shade of grey, and the outline should be a darker shade or black. ![]() 4. Now click anywhere on your image, and the text box should appear. Type whatever you want and press ‘Apply’. To position it on your image, simply drag it across (click, hold and drag anywhere within the floating dotted lines). 5. It should look something like this so far: ![]() 6. Press the ‘F8’ key to show your Layers Palette if you don’t already have it up. Now right-click the part which says ‘Floating Selection’ and choose ‘Promote Section to Layer’. It should look like this: ![]() 7. Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel, and change your settings to match mine: ![]() 8. Press ‘Ctrl’ on your keyboard and hold the key down whilst you press ‘D’ to deselect your image. Then save!
