1. Open up PSP 8, and then a new image. 2. Click the ‘Brush’ icon in the menu. 3. Now towards the top of the screen you should see a bar of brush options. Click the tiny arrow next to the little image of a brush to select your brush, then click ‘Ok’ to use it:  4. With your brush, draw all over your image. You can change the colour and size too.
