1. Go to File > New and create a new image. 2. Floodfill it black, using the bucket icon. 3. Choose lime green as your foreground colour and black as your background on the colour palette.  4. Click the text tool (it looks like a 'T'), and then type the text you want on your image. In the top right corner of the screen, click the check/tick, and then look at your layer palette in the bottom left. 5. Hold 'Ctrl' down and click your top layer with the left mouse button to make the text selected. 6. Now go to Select > Feather, type in '2' and press 'Ok'. Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and choose '100', 'Zoom' and 'Best' before clicking 'Ok'. 7. Press 'Ctrl' (and hold) whilst you press 'F'. Then do it again, go to Layer > Flatten Image and save :)  Back | Forward Advertised |
