1. Go to File > New and create a new image, then go to Image > Mode > Greyscale. 2. Click the text tool (looks like a 'T'), then type the text you want onto your image. 3. Next, go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise, make sure the 'Amount' is set at 145 and 'Distribution' is 'Gaussian' then press 'Ok'. 4. Go to Layer > Flatten Image, then Filter > Pixelate > Crystallise and set the 'Cell Size' to '3'. 5. Now go to Filter > Stylise > Find Edges and then Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and set the radius to 0.7. By now you should have something which looks like this: ![]() 6. Go to Image > Rotate Canvas > 90CW, then invert the image by going to Image > Adjust > Invert. 7. Go to Filter > Stylise > Wind, and set the wind to 'From the right'. Now you're back to rotating your image again so go to Image > Rotate Canvas > 90CCW. 8. Next, go to Image > Mode > RBG Colour, then Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation, and set the 'Hue' to 225, the 'Saturation' to 35 and the 'Lightness' to none.
