1. Open up your photo in Photoshop.  2. Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer, then press 'Ok'. 3. Now go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and set it to about '5' before pressing 'Ok'. 4. Go to Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options, and change the 'Opacity' to about 60%. 5. Once you've pressed 'Ok', go to Layer > Flatten Image, and then save.  Back | Forward Advertised |
